I designed and defined the end-to-end user experiences to drive conversion and usage in SaaS products based on AI and machine learning. I collaborated closely with management, users, and developers to execute this work.
Impact
After a complete overhaul of the brand, UI, UX, and the integration of several LLMs, the platform fit into the new market, started selling to new targeted customers, and received new investments. Furthermore, the new Design System significantly reduced development time for new features, enhancing the efficiency of future developments.
