Present / Design Lead – Senior Product Designer

I design and define the end-to-end user experiences to drive conversion and usage in SaaS products based on AI and machine learning. I collaborate closely with management, users, and developers to execute this work.
Impact: After a complete overhaul of the brand, UI, UX, and the integration of several LLMs, the platform fit into the new market, started selling to new targeted customers, and received new investments. Furthermore, the new Design System significantly reduced development time for new features, enhancing the efficiency of future developments.

PERE (Startup)

2020 – 2022 – Senior UX/UI Designer

I was deeply involved in all aspects of the PERE platform, from user interviews and testing, to ideation of new functionality, and implementation of an ever-evolving B2B SaaS application.
Impact: After creating a UX that corresponded with user tests, there was a significant increase in platform usage and a steady decrease in pressure on support. Furthermore, the service expanded from Copenhagen to London, Dubai, and Florida without any problems.

My work varied from traditional AD work (ads, reports, etc.) to digital design (apps, sites, banners, animations, etc.) and content for various SoMe platforms.
Clients: Elsass Fonden, Danske Spil, Maersk et al.
Impact: Danske Spil – By personalizing the experience and simplifying access to favorite games, the design seamlessly meshed with existing systems and successfully conjured the desired casino feel.

2007 – 2017 – Creative director

I created coherence across solutions. I strengthened the clients’ internal and external communication and targeted various receivers – from the Board of Directors to end users and customers – on all channels and platforms, including SoMe.
Clients: Storebælt A/S, FDM, EDC, HK et al.
Impact: FDM – The organization was steered away from extensive brochures, leading to a reduction in printing costs and a substantial increase in awareness about the services offered. This was recognized with an award from an international industry organization.
