The app is meant to nudge towards better driving.
I used the full screen to change the background color when the driver is exceeding the speed limits. This will change the light in the cabin and the driver do not have to look at the app for confirmation.
The design is made to get an overview at a fast glance. When you have enough points you get a gold star. When 5 stars is earned you get an elite mark.
